本批保留既有能力，修复并行语言检查异常导致整批结论丢失、Git 安全路径快照故障抹掉既有拦截，以及 MCP auto_fix 泄漏 formatter 命令参数和 stderr 的问题。同步 OpenSpec、双语文档与四份插件 manifest，版本升级至 0.14.9。
本地验证：517/517 单测、143/143 Hook 回归；Ruff、架构、语言 schema 57 项/11 规则、OpenSpec strict、vendor 离线/在线、market sync 均通过。
边界：未对已安装的 Codex/ZCode/Kimi、Windows、在线 CVE、大型 Maven/Gradle 项目进行现场验收。
